What file formats are provided?
Each product includes PDF files in A4 (home printing) and A0 (large format printing) sizes, a size chart, a pattern tiling tutorial, and photos of the finished garment.
Can it be used for commercial sales?
YES. We authorize individual creators, small studios, garment enterprises, and designer brands to use these patterns to produce "physical finished garments" for commercial sale.
Copyright and Usage Restrictions:
This product is provided by the Fashion Icon brand. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of the "Digital Pattern Files" themselves in any form is strictly prohibited. All sales and after-sales services are handled by our official entity, "Mingzhi Fashion Studio."

Shipping and Returns
xThis website is operated by Mingzhi Fashion Studio. This Return and Refund Policy has been established in accordance with applicable Taiwanese consumer protection laws and customary international e-commerce practices.
If the mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer’s place of residence provide otherwise, those mandatory provisions shall prevail.

1. Digital Products: Digital Clothing Patterns
Returns and refunds for digital products
Digital clothing patterns constitute digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
By purchasing a digital pattern, the consumer agrees to receive the digital content and download link once payment has been completed and agrees that, after supply of the digital content has begun, any applicable right to cancel, withdraw from the contract, or obtain a refund may be excluded or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Accordingly, once a download link has been provided or the digital pattern has been downloaded, returns or refunds requested for personal reasons will not be accepted.
Examples include:
* Change of mind
* Purchasing the wrong product
* No longer needing the pattern
* A change in personal requirements
* Failure to check the size or pattern details before purchase
The circumstances listed above do not qualify for a refund.
If mandatory law in the consumer’s location provides otherwise regarding refunds, contract cancellation, or other rights relating to digital content, such law shall apply.
Technical issues and file errors
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the download link:
* The downloaded file is corrupted
* The file cannot be opened properly
* The file format is incorrect
* The actual file contents do not match the information stated on the product page

2. Physical Goods
Seven-day right to cancel/return
Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, consumers who purchase goods through distance transactions, including online purchases, generally have the right to cancel the contract or return the goods within 7 days after receipt without stating a reason.
However, this right does not apply where a reasonable statutory exception applies.
Local consumer protection laws
The seven-day period above is based on applicable Taiwanese consumer protection laws.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide a different or longer statutory right of return, withdrawal, or refund, those applicable laws shall prevail.
This Policy does not restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Condition of returned goods
Returned goods should, as far as possible, remain in their original condition and packaging.
Consumers may inspect goods to a reasonable extent as permitted by law. If the value of the goods is diminished as a result of use, handling, or damage beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. International Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Returns unrelated to product quality
If a return is requested for personal reasons, including:
* Change of mind
* Purchasing the wrong product
* The product does not meet personal requirements
* No longer needing the product
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the buyer is responsible for the international cost of returning the goods to Taiwan.
Where applicable law permits the original delivery charge to be borne by the buyer, the buyer will also be responsible for that charge.
Any import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, or other related charges incurred during the return process shall also be borne by the buyer in accordance with applicable law and the actual circumstances.
Quality issues or seller responsibility
If the goods have a material defect, are damaged in transit, or we have sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photographs or an unpacking video.
Once confirmed, we will assist you in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Where the return is our responsibility, Fashion Icon / Mingzhi Fashion Studio will bear eligible return-related shipping costs.

4. Customized, Personalized, and Special-Specification Products
For customized, personalized, or special-specification products made at the consumer’s request, including:
* Special sizes
* Personalized designs
* Special specifications
* Products made according to a consumer’s specific instructions
* Other products that cannot be resold as ordinary goods
Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the product.
Where applicable law permits the consumer’s cancellation or return right to be excluded, such products may not be covered by the general return policy.

5. Refunds
After we receive returned physical goods and complete the necessary inspection, any refund that meets the applicable conditions will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the applicable law in the consumer’s location imposes a mandatory refund deadline, that deadline shall apply.
Digital products are handled in accordance with the “Digital Products: Digital Clothing Patterns” section of this Policy.

6. Important Information
This Return and Refund Policy describes the standard return and refund procedures of Mingzhi Fashion Studio.
This Policy does not restrict any rights available to consumers under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their location.
If this Policy differs from any mandatory law applicable in the consumer’s location, the mandatory law shall prevail.
