I. Selecting Products and Placing an Order

1. Browse and Select:
   Visit the catalog and choose the products you are interested in (such as physical hanger accessories or digital PDF patterns).
   
   
2. Choose Specifications:
   On the product page, select the required size, style, and quantity.
   
   
3. Add to Cart:
   Click “Add to Cart” or proceed directly by clicking “Buy It Now.”
   
   
4. Checkout Information:
   Go to the cart page, confirm your items, and proceed to checkout.
   • Enter the recipient’s email address and shipping information.
   • Select your preferred payment method (credit cards and other supported payment options are accepted).
   
   

II. Digital Product (PDF Pattern) Download Process

For bestselling digital pattern products, the process is as follows:

1. Log in to Your Account:
   After completing your purchase, go to your account (Personal Center).
   
   
2. Locate Your Order:
   Click “Purchases and Reviews” or “Order History.”
   
   
3. Download Files:
   Find the relevant order and click the black button labeled “Download Files.”
   
   
4. Open and Save:
   • Once the file opens, select your preferred save location to complete the process.
   • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to ensure stable file transmission.
   
   

III. Physical Product Shipping and After-Sales Policy

1. Shipping Time:
   Physical products will be delivered according to the selected region and the information provided on the shipping policy page.
   
   
2. Return & Exchange Policy:
   • Eligible for Return/Exchange: Incorrect size, color variation, non-customized products.
   • Not Eligible: Items with removed tags/wash labels, items showing signs of use, customized products.
   • Time Limit: Requests should be submitted within 7–14 days after receiving the product.
   • Shipping Costs: In general cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the issue is due to product defects (damage or incorrect shipment), the seller will cover the shipping costs.
   
   

IV. Special Notice for Digital Products

• Non-Returnable: Digital pattern files (PDF/design files, etc.) are non-returnable once downloaded due to their reproducible nature.
  
  
• Pre-Purchase Review: Please carefully review the size chart and preview images in the product description before purchasing to avoid potential disputes.
