1.Digital Products: Digital Clothing Patterns

No Refund Policy: According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, digital patterns are classified as “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.” Once the order is completed and the download link is delivered, the transaction is considered fulfilled. Digital products are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period, and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Technical Support: If the downloaded file is corrupted or incorrect, please contact huangyangyi007@gmail.com within 7 days. We will resend the correct file.
2.Physical Products: Professional Garment Photography Hangers

Inspection Period: Physical products come with a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in brand-new, unassembled condition with original packaging.

Non-Defective Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item purchased, size not as expected), the buyer is responsible for international return shipping fees and any applicable import duties or taxes.

Defective Returns: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please provide unboxing photos/videos as proof. Upon approval, all related costs will be covered by Fashion Icon.
3.Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
