Time limit
⌛ Recommendation: Apply within 7-14 days of receiving the product (adjusted according to the target market, such as the EU must comply with the 14-day regulation)
Freight Responsibility
➰ Return due to buyer's reasons: Buyer pays for round-trip shipping
➰ Seller's responsibility (such as wrong delivery/defective): Seller bears the shipping cost
2. Digital Products Policy
📢 Clearly marked: Digital templates (PDF/design files, etc.) are not returnable or exchangeable once downloaded due to their reproducibility.
💡 Additional information: Provide a clear product preview (such as a size chart/rendering) to reduce disputes
3. Customized Product Exceptions (Physical and Virtual Digital Products)
✂️ Emphasis: Customized products (such as personalized designs, patterns/special sizes) cannot be resold and are not accepted for return or exchange
